Actuating System - M/T/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Clutch. 

‹› Replace O-rings.

‹› Allocate O-rings.

Clean the contact surfaces on the transmission and clutch slave cylinder with release bearing.

-

Remove the vent bolt => [ (Item 15) Vent bolt ] See: Manual Transmission/Transaxle/Gearshift Actuating System - M/T/Service and
Repair/Removal and Replacement/Clutch and clear the hydraulic oil channels - 1 - and - 3 - with compressed air.

Check if the input shaft splines are still wrapped with insulating tape - 5 -.

-

Insert the O-rings - 2 - and - 4 - in the grooves dry.

-

Coat the input shaft seal and transmission centering surfaces with transmission oil.

-

Coat the O-ring - arrow - with transmission fluid and then install it inside the groove in the clutch slave cylinder.

-

Position the clutch slave cylinder with release bearing on the input shaft.
