‹› Vehicle Diagnosis and Service System (VAS 5052)

Procedure

Body Protectors, Installing. Refer to => [ Body Protectors, Installing ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Body Protectors,
Installing.

Remove the air filter housing. 

-

Remove the bolts - arrows - and remove the heat shield over the R tronic hydraulic unit.

‹› The illustration shows the installation position with the transmission removed.

Test Conditions

‹› Move vehicle onto a lifting platform or over a work pit so that it stands absolutely horizontal.

‹› The engine is switched off.

‹› The Vehicle Diagnosis and Service System (VAS 5052) is connected.
