Description and Operation

Output Shaft Assembly Overview

‹› Pay attention to the technical data when installing new gears or a new output shaft. 

‹› Lubricate all bearings with gear oil when inserting on input shaft. 

‹› After installing, the 1st and 2nd gear wheels must have an axial play of 0.15 to 0.50 mm.

‹› If the synchronizer rings are not to be replaced, make sure they are reallocated to their original gear.
