Side window

‹› Removing and installing => [ Side Window ] See: Side Window

‹› When installing, first press onto the C-pillar with the securing pins - item 5 - and then secure with pop rivets.

Pop rivet

‹› To remove the side window, drill out the rivet heads and drive out the rivet shafts.

Adhesive sealing material

‹› Observe minimum curing time => [ Minimum curing times ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Flush-Bonded Windows

‹› Different distances to window edge:

‹› Dimension - a - = 11.5 mm

‹› Dimension - b - = 19.7 mm

‹› Dimension - c - = 17.0 mm.
