Remove the Cigarette Lighter Illumination (L28 ). Refer to => [ Cigarette Lighter Illumination ] See: Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning
Indicators/Cigarette Lighter/Service and Repair/Cigarette Lighter Illumination.

Pull up parking brake lever.
-
Unclip the cover - 2 - under the parking brake lever at the retaining springs - 1 -.

Grasp in the opening under the parking brake lever and push the button/switch unit out of the center console - arrows -.

Disconnect electrical connectors - 3 - and - 4 -.
