Left Auxiliary Cooler

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Drip Tray for Workshop Crane (VAS 6208)

Removing

‹› If there are small impressions on the fins. Refer to => [ Coolers and Condensers, Installing ] See: Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Coolers and Condensers, Installing.

Drain the coolant. Refer to => [ Cooling System, Draining and Filling ] See: Service and Repair/Procedures. 

-

Remove front bumper cover.

-

Remove left air guide - arrow - in front of auxiliary cooler.

-

Remove bolt - 2 - on upper lock carrier.

-

Remove bolt - 5 - at lower mount.

-

Remove coolant line and refrigerant line from brackets -  3 - and - 4 -.

-

Disengage bracket - 1 - upward.

-

Remove left auxiliary cooler from lower mount - arrow A -.
