Right Auxiliary Cooler

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Hose Clamps Up to 25 mm Diameter (3094)

‹› Drip Tray for Workshop Crane (VAS 6208)

Removing

‹› If there are small impressions on the fins. Refer to => [ Coolers and Condensers, Installing ] See: Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Coolers and Condensers, Installing.

Remove front bumper cover.

-

Remove right air guide - arrow - in front of auxiliary cooler.

-

Remove bolt - 2 - at lower mount.

-

Remove refrigerant line retaining clip - 5 - at right auxiliary cooler mount.

-

Disengage refrigerant line - 1 - and coolant line -  4 - from brackets.

-

Remove bolts - arrows -.

-

Remove right auxiliary cooler mount - 3 -.
