Ignition Switch

Ignition Switch

Removing

-

Remove Steering Column Switch Module (SCSM). Refer to => [ Steering Column Switch Module ] See: Steering Column Switch Module.

-

Disconnect electrical harness connector at induction coil.

-

Disconnect electrical connector - 1 - at ignition switch.

-

Remove security coating from both screws - arrows -. 

-

Loosen screws - arrows - slightly and remove ignition switch from steering lock housing - 2 -.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

‹› Make sure that ignition switch and lock cylinder are in same position,. "Ignition ON", when installing.

Secure screws - arrows - at steering lock housing -  2 - with security coating.

Install Steering Column Switch Module (SCSM).
