If they are not marked and are not re-installed in their previously installed positions, noises may occur later during driving operation.
A water-proof felt pen is well-suited for marking.

Take O-ring - arrow - out of groove.

Secure joint piece and remove axle shaft from vise.

Remove circlip from triple roller joint/driveshaft.

Circlip pliers (commercially-available)

If protective boot is damaged, remove, e.g. with shears. Otherwise, carefully turn back.

Insert axle shaft in vise.
