Remove circlip - arrow -.
CAUTION!
If circlip is over-stretched or damaged, it must be replaced by a new circlip of the same thickness.

Install 2 hex bolts M 8 x 30 - arrow - in flange.

Place drip tray underneath.

Pull off drive shaft flange using puller VW 391.
-
Carefully push oil seal on top, outer circumference - arrow - slightly inward.
-
Then pry out obliquely set oil seal.
