‹› Remove the cables from the clips.

‹› Close the rear lid.

‹› Move the convertible top back into position "convertible top compartment open".

‹› A second technician is needed to lift it out.

‹› Place the handle mount trim on the compartment.

‹› Remove the left. Refer to => [ Left Side Trim ] See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Luggage Compartment Trim and

right luggage compartment side trim => [ Right Side Trim ] See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Luggage
Compartment Trim. 

‹› The variable convertible top compartment must be lifted on the frame components; do not hold the compartment in the middle.

‹› Lift both side of the variable convertible top compartment -  1 - on the sides - 4 -.

‹› Make sure the cables do not get caught.

2 - Screws, (Qty. 2)

‹› Tightening specification 2 Nm

3 - Convertible Top Compartment Trim

4 - Convertible Top Compartment - Side Part

5 - Flat Blade Screwdriver

6 - Console

7 - Micro Switch Connector
