‹› Torque wrench (V.A.G 1331)

‹› Torque wrench (V.A.G 1410)

‹› Brake pedal actuator (V.A.G 1869/2)

‹› Piston resetting tool (T10145)

‹› Torque wrench (V.A.G 1332)

Removing

-

Raise the vehicle.

-

Remove the wheels and tires.

‹› If reusing the brake pads, mark their location. Install in the same position when installing otherwise uneven braking will occur!

‹› The brake rotor is secured with a Torx bolt.

Remove the protective caps - arrows -.

On vehicles equipped with a brake pad wear indicator disconnect the electrical connector - 1 -.
