Brake Booster Vacuum Sensor: Service and Repair

Brake Booster Pressure Sensor

Removing

-

Remove the plenum chamber cover.

-

Pull the electrical connector out downward.

-

Remove the bolts - arrows -.

‹› The pressure sensor may be secured with clips on some versions.

-

Disconnect the brake system vacuum pump (V192 ) from the non-return valve as shown in the illustration.

- 2 - Vacuum line

- 3 - Hose clamp

-

- 4 - Pressure sensor

-

- 5 - Check valve

-

Remove the pressure sensor.

Installing
