‹› Thickness of sealant beads: 2.5 mm.
‹› Sealant bead must not be thicker than specified, otherwise sealant could get into oil pan and clog the strainer on intake tube.
‹› The oil pan (upper section) must be installed within 5 minutes after application of sealant.

Mount the oil pan lower section, paying attention to the alignment bushings. Refer to => [ Installation Position, Oil Pan Upper Section Alignment
Sleeves ] See: Upper Oil Pan Section Assembly Overview and tighten the bolts - 1 through 7 - diagonally to 5 Nm.

Tighten bolts - 1 to 7 - in a diagonal sequence.
