‹› To connect drive flange onto hex head of driveshaft, reach with the finger into the lower pipe connection of coolant pump and twist at impeller

until coolant pump can be inserted completely.

The rest of installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

Install coolant thermostat housing. Refer to => [ Coolant Thermostat with Housing ] See: Cooling System/Thermostat/Service and Repair/Coolant
Thermostat With Housing.

Install front coolant pipe. Refer to => [ Front Coolant Pipe ] See: Cooling System/Coolant Line/Hose/Service and Repair/Front Coolant Pipe.

Fill with coolant => [ Filling ] See: Cooling System/Service and Repair/Procedures.
