Connector Station E-Box Plenum Chamber

Removing

‹› All cable ties opened or cut during engine removal must be reinstalled at the same locations during installation.

-

With ignition switched off, disconnect battery Ground (GND) wire. Refer to => [ Battery, Disconnecting and Connecting ] See: Starting and
Charging/Battery/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Battery.

Remove driver's storage compartment.

-

Remove the electrical wire at under side of connector station E-Box plenum chamber.

-

Remove plenum chamber cover rubber seal in - direction of arrow -.

-

Remove plenum chamber cover - 1 - forward.

Remove the wiper arms - 2 -- 3 and 4 -. Refer to => [ Windshield Wiper Arms ] See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Arm/Service and
Repair/Windshield Wiper Arms.

CAUTION!
To prevent the cowl grille - 5 - from cracking when removing, coat the transition between the windshield and cowl grille with some soapy water
and carefully pull the cowl panel trim vertically out of the retainer on the windshield beginning at the edge of the window.

Remove securing clips - 1 - and remove cowl panel grille - 5 -.
