Clutch Pedal Assembly: Removal and Replacement
0A3, 6-Speed All Wheel Drive M/T

Over-center spring, removing and installing, 0A3, 6-Speed All Wheel Drive M/T

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Assembly clip T40025

Removing

-

Remove storage compartment on drivers side.

-

Tension over-center spring with clutch pedal, at the same time pressing on assembly clamp T40025.

-

Move clutch pedal to rest position and take out over-center spring together with assembly clamp T40025 downwards.

Installing

-

Pull clutch pedal into the passenger compartment.

Installation position of over-center spring: black side of over-center spring faces clutch pedal.

-

Install over-center spring with assembly clamp T40025, operate clutch pedal and remove assembly clamp.
