Front Coolant Pipe, Removing and Installing

Front coolant pipe, removing and installing 
Removing 

-

Remove lock carrier.

-

Refer to Toothed belt.

-

Remove camshaft gear.

-

Unbolt idler roller (arrow).

-

Remove nuts -1-.

-

Unscrew bolts -2- and remove toothed belt guard at rear.

-

Remove intake manifold.

-

Disconnect coolant hoses -1- and -2- from coolant pipe.

-

Remove bolt -3-.

-

Disconnect coolant hose (arrow) at Valve for coolant circulation -N214-.
