Unscrew bolts -2- and -4- and remove bracket -1- for air guide pipe.

Remove front coolant pipe -3-.
Installing
Installation is the reverse of removal, noting the following:

Replace O-rings.

Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type:, Refer to Parts Supplier

Install toothed belt (adjust timing).

Install lock carrier with attachments.

Install front bumper
-
Install air filter housing.
-
Top up coolant.

Adjust headlights:
Tightening torques
