Initiating "Adaptation" function 10

Initiate output Diagnostic Test Mode of instrument cluster.  See: Adaptation Function Initiation

Adaptation Channel 43 - Maximum Mileage Performance

This function is used to specify a fixed maximum mileage performance in the instrument cluster For the SRI. 

Display on VAS5051:

Select function "43" in button field -2- for "Adaptation channel 43" and press Q button to confirm input.

Maximum value Oil in 1000 mile increments.

The sliding bar is positioned on the current adaptation value, e.g. 8 The maximum mileage performance up to a service will be displayed (here
For example 10 represents 10000 miles).

Note:

-

Input of current specified value is only possible in units of 1000 miles, therefore indication in display also changes in 1000 mile  units.

Change adaptation value via direct input using keypad, not with the sliding bar.
