Cylinder Head Coolant Pipe, Removing and Installing

Cylinder head coolant pipe, removing and installing
Removing 

Note:  All cable ties which are released or cut open when removing must be installed in same position when installing.

-

Remove intake manifold.

-

Remove crankshaft housing ventilation pipe, to do so remove bolt -2and loosen hose clamp -4-.

-

Disconnect coolant hose -4- on coolant pipe.

Remove coolant pipe from cylinder head (bolts -1- and -3-).

Installing 

Install in reverse sequence; note following points:

Replace gaskets and O-rings.

All cable ties which are released or cut open when removing must be fitted in the same position when installing.

Secure all hose connections with correct hose clamps (same as original equipment), Refer to Parts Supplier.

Install intake manifold.
