Make sure tight fit of connector and fasten wire with bolt for fuel filler neck -item 16-

After installing, measure resistance using multimeter (Fluke 83 or equivalent) between metal ring of fuel filler neck and bare metal part of
body. Specified value: approx. 0 Ohms
