Turbo Boost Sensor: Locations

Charge air cooler, removing and installing

Note:  Removal of the left charge air cooler is described here.

Removing 

-

Remove front bumper

-

Drain coolant.

-

Remove air filter housing.

-

Remove bolts (arrows) and remove air guide from lock carrier.

-

Disconnect electrical harness connectors -1- to -3- from bracket and disconnect it.

-

Expose cables.

Remove left headlight:

-

Remove bolts -1-.

-

Guide a long inner hex wrench -3- through hole and remove lower mounting bolt at headlight housing -2-.

Note:  If necessary, use magnet to remove bolt.
