Remove Coolant Fan Control (FC) Control Module -J293- from radiator - arrow -.

CAUTION:  Do not open A/C system refrigerant circuit.

Note:  Do not bend or stretch lines or hoses as condenser and/or refrigerant lines/hoses may be damaged.

Disconnect electrical harness connector - 1 - at High Pressure Sensor -G65-.

Remove bolts - arrows -.

-

Remove condenser and swing downward with lines connected.

-

Unlock both radiator retaining bolts and remove by pulling upward - arrows -.

-

Tilt radiator forward at upper edge, pull up and remove.

Installing
Installation is performed in reverse order of removal. Note the following:
-

Install front bumper cover.

-

Fill with coolant.

Note:  Complete coolant must be replaced if the radiator was replaced.
