Coolant Pump, Removing and Installing

Coolant pump, removing and installing

Removing
-

Bring lock carrier into service position  See: Body and Frame/Lock Carrier/Service and Repair/Procedures

-

Remove front coolant pipe

-

Disconnect lower coolant hose from radiator - arrow - and drain residual coolant.

-

Disconnect coolant hoses at coolant thermostat housing.

-

Remove bolts - arrows -.

-

Remove coolant thermostat housing.

-

Disconnect coolant hose - 1 -.

-

Remove bolts - arrows -.

-

Remove coolant pump housing toward front, paying attention to drive shaft for coolant pump.
