Note: Before removing timing chain, mark direction of travel in color. Reversing the direction of rotation of a run-in chain can destroy the chain.
1 - Pivot pin - 10 Nm
2 - 5 Nm plus 1/4 turn (90°)

4 - Camshaft bolt

Initial tightening torque: 40 Nm

Final tightening torque: 100 Nm plus 1/4 turn (90°)
5 - Chain sprocket for exhaust camshaft
6 - Camshaft bolt

Replace

Initial tightening torque: 40 Nm

Final tightening torque: 100 Nm plus 1/4 turn (90°)
7 - Hall sender wheel
^
When installing timing chain, adjust using setting gauge T40047
8 - Camshaft adjuster for intake camshaft
9 - Chain tensioner for left timing chain
10 - Left timing chain
11 - Diamond disc
