Part I

1. Fuel line

From union piece to suction jet pump in baffle housing lower part

-

Component of baffle housing

-

Not individually replaceable

-

Connect to union piece -item 3-

2. Baffle housing lower part

-

With suction jet pump

3. Distributor piece

-

Clipped in on baffle housing with catches

-

To remove, press toward left so that catches disengage and lift upward

-

Insert fuel line into baffle housing when installing

-

Various versions.

4. Electrical wire

-

From sender 1 for fuel gauge to sender 2 for fuel gauge

-

Secured with 2 cable ties -item 6- at suction jet pump lines

5. Sender for fuel gauge -G-

-

Clipped in at baffle housing in fuel tank

6. Cable ties

-

Fuel resistant

7. Locking ring

-

Use ring nut spanner 3087 to remove and install

-

Tighten to 120 Nm

8. Seal

-

Always replace

-

To install, place into opening of fuel tank when dry
