1. Bolt M8 x 28 with permanent washer -

Tighten to 23 Nm

2. Mounting clip

For heat shield

Check for secure seating

3. Heat shield

For fuel tank

4. Carrier plate
5. Tension strap

Note installed position

6. Fuel return line

From engine

-

Mark before removing

Note direction of arrow on connector flange

Clipped in on fuel tank, at right front

7. Vent line

Front end

-

To Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Regulator Valve -N80-

-

Clipped in at top of fuel tank

-

Remains on fuel tank when fuel tank is removed

8. Fuel supply line

From fuel filter

-

To fuel rail

-

Mark before removing

Note direction of arrow on connector flange
