Remove bolts -5- and -6- on cylinder head at left.

-

Disconnect electrical harness connectors -1- to -4-.

-

Remove bolts -5- and -6- from cylinder head at right.

-

Disconnect electrical 4-pin harness connectors -1- to 4-.

-

Connect e.g. V.A.G 1527 B voltage tester as follows:

LED must light up.

If LED does not light up:

-

Check the wire connections for open circuit.

Specified value: Wire resistance max 1.5 Ohms

If necessary, repair wire connection.

If LED lights up:
