Remove fuel filter.
‹› Shown in illustration on a vehicle with front wheel drive.
Installing
Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:
Installation position:
‹› The direction of flow is marked on filter housing with arrows.
‹› On vehicles with front wheel drive, connection "IN" for fuel supply line - 3 - must be at same height of the threaded connection on filter bracket -

Distance between fuel return line at fuel filter and fuel tank.
‹› Front wheel drive: - a - = 6 to 10 mm.
‹› All wheel drive: - a - = 3 to 7 mm.
