Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal. Observe the following when doing so:

Tightening specifications. Refer to => [ Central Valve and Bolted Connections to Suspension Struts ] See: Description and Operation/Central Valve
and Bolted Connections to Suspension Struts.

Insert central valve.

Install nuts.

Install DRC line connections for the appropriate lines on the central valve.

‹› The new central valve is filled and the shut-off valves are closed. 

Only when a new central valve is installed: Open the shut-off screws => [ (Item 6) Left front wiring harness shut-off valve ] See: Description and
Operation/Central Valve and Bolted Connections to Suspension Struts and => [ (Item 7) Right rear wiring harness shut-off valve ] See: Description
and Operation/Central Valve and Bolted Connections to Suspension Struts or => [ (Item 3) Left rear wiring harness shut-off valve ] See: Description
and Operation/Central Valve and Bolted Connections to Suspension Struts and => [ (Item 4) Right front wiring harness shut-off valve ] See:
Description and Operation/Central Valve and Bolted Connections to Suspension Struts on the new central valve and secure them with a lock nut.

Fill the DRC system. Refer to => [ Dynamic Ride Control, Emptying and Filling ] See: Service and Repair.
