With two cables attached:

Insert the screwdriver into the release opening.

-

Push the screwdriver in the direction of "center adjustment ".

-

Keep the screwdriver in this position and slowly operate parking brake lever.

‹› Make sure that the cable eyelets do not come off the hooks.

Remove the screwdriver.

-

Unhook the parking brake cables.

With one cable attached:

-

Release the mechanism with a screwdriver - 2 -, at the same time pressing back the second spring loaded hook - 1 - with another screwdriver.

-

Remove the collar nuts - 1 -. (Nut tightening specification: 25 Nm).

-

Disconnect the parking brake contact switch.

-

Remove the parking brake lever - 2 - from the plate.
