Housing Assembly HVAC: Overhaul
A/C Unit
A/C Unit

Disconnect the attachments from the A/C unit, refer to => [ A/C unit Electrical Components ].

Remove the heating elements and air guides from the A/C unit , refer to => [ A/C Unit Heating Elements and Air Ducts ]
1 - Screw
2 - Air intake shroud
‹› Do not disassemble further.
‹› With a recirculation flap and two back pressure/fresh air flaps.
3 - Bracket
‹› For the refrigerant lines of the evaporator
4 - Air guide channel
‹› Comprised of an upper and lower part.
5 - Evaporator
‹› Check the refrigerant line insulation. It must be complete.
