‹› Check the type of seal at the connections and the refrigerant lines. These must be designed for the same type of seal => [ Refrigerant Line to

‹› Removed evaporator contains refrigerant oil which must be restored to refrigerant circuit.

6 - Evaporator seal

‹› Installing seals on evaporator, refer to => [ Evaporator ] 

7 - Air distribution housing

‹› Do not dismantle

‹› With temperature flaps and air distribution flaps

‹› The connecting elements from temperature flaps 1 to temperature flaps 2 installed in the air distributor housing are visible when the air

distributor housing is removed, refer to => [ Connecting Elements between Temperatures Doors 1 and 2 ] See: Air Register/Description and
Operation.

8 - Front footwell vent
