Headlamp Mounting Tabs, Repairing

‹› Headlight mounting tabs that have broken off can be replaced by installing the repair set. Completely replacing the headlamp is not necessary.

‹› There are different repair kits for left and right headlamps.

Procedure

-

Remove headlamp with broken mounting tab. Refer to => [ HID Headlamp, through MY 2006 ] .

Remove remainder of broken mounting tabs - 1 - and -  5 - on headlamp housing.

Place the mounting tabs - 2 - and - 4 - from the repair kit on edge of headlamp housing and secure tab with both screws -  3 - from the top.

Tightening Specifications
