Tighten hex bolt - 3 -

Install ABS speed sensor.

On vehicles with headlamp range control, install vehicle level sensor link at control arm. Refer to => [ Vehicle Level Sensor in Vehicles with
Automatic Headlamp Vertical Aim Control ] See: Sensors and Switches/Sensors and Switches - Steering and Suspension/Sensors and Switches -
Suspension/Ride Height Sensor/Description and Operation/Front Suspension.

Screw on cover plate and tighten.

-

Install brake disc and attach the brake caliper.

Mount wheel and tighten.

-

Tighten drive axle hex bolt (only with vehicle resting on wheels risk of accident) => [ Install drive axle ] See: Transmission and Drivetrain/Drive
Axles, Bearings and Joints/Axle Shaft Assembly/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Front Suspension/Drive Axle.

Perform an axle alignment. Refer to => [ Wheel Alignment ] See: Alignment/Service and Repair/Wheel Alignment.

Check front axle, alignment must take place on a VW/Audi recommended alignment stand.
