Attach support 3251 to right bumper mount and swing radiator forward.

-

Unscrew viscous fan (use spanner wrench 3212 to brace with wrench 3312).

-

Lay viscous fan in fan frame.

-

If necessary, unclip lower wiring loom from fan frame.

-

Relieve tension on ribbed belt by swinging tensioner in direction shown (arrow) and inserting pin 3204 into holes.

-

Remove ribbed belt.

Unscrew tensioner for ribbed belt
