Repair open circuit and/or short circuit in the wires between sensor harness connector and the ECM harness connector terminals 47, 48 and 19,
if necessary.

If OK:

-

Check sensor pin on ring gear.

Remove bracket with CKP sensor and Engine Speed (RPM) sensor.

-

Rotate engine until reference pin appears in starter opening.

-

Inspect pin for looseness, damage or bent condition; replace if necessary.

If OK:

-

Replace ECM.
