Trim Molding

Trim Molding

‹› Removal and installation are same for right and left.

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Trim removal wedge (3409)

Removing

-

Pry the trim panel - 1 - off the door trim beginning at the rear using the trim removal wedge (3409).

Remove the trim panel from the door trim back in the - direction off the arrow - while lifting the rear area of the trim slightly using a trim
removal wedge (3409) so the retaining hook inside the trim can be loosened from the opening in the door trim.

Installing

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

-

First engage the trim panel on the inside of the door opener and then press it onto the door trim until it engages audibly.
