Dashboard / Instrument Panel: Service and Repair

Top Center Defroster Outlet
Removing
-
Remove the instrument panel. Refer to => [ Instrument Panel ]. See: Instrument Panel

Remove the nuts - 2 through 7 - on the bottom of the instrument panel.

Remove the top center defroster outlet - 1 - from the instrument panel.
Installing
Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:
‹› When tightening the nuts, make sure there is an even distance between the upper side of the instrument panel and the upper edge of the top center
defroster outlet as well as an even gap all the way around.
