For ease of illustration separating brake pedal from brake booster is shown with pedal assembly removed.

Pull release tool (T10159) and brake pedal together toward driver seat. (The brake pedal will thereby be pulled off the ball head of the push rod).

Connect brake pedal to brake booster.

The stop - 17 - on brake pedal is an assembly aid during production and does not need to be installed again.
