Remove left cylinder head bolts in the sequence - 15 to 1  -.

Remove bolts and remove the left cylinder head cover.

Installing

‹› Tightening specifications => [ Left Cylinder Head Cover, Tightening specifications and sequence ] See: Service and Repair/Cylinder Head

Assembly Overview

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Replace the cylinder head seal if it is damaged.

‹› Replace the cylinder head cover bolts when replacing the damaged seal. 

‹› Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model.

Clean sealing surfaces, must be free of oil and grease.
