Support ring

‹› Replace if damaged

‹› Clip together with support ring => [ (Item 8) Support ring ]

O-ring

‹› Replace

‹› Coat with clean engine oil

Spacer ring

‹› Replace if damaged

Fuel injector

‹› Removing and installing, refer to => [ Fuel Injectors ] See: Service and Repair/Plastic

Combustion chamber seal

‹› Do not grease ring or treat with any other lubricant

‹› Replace

Support ring

‹› Replace

‹› The fuel rail wields force via the support ring to hold the fuel injector tightly in the cylinder head.

Fuel rail

‹› Removing and installing, refer to => [ Intake Manifold, Lower Section, with Fuel Rail ] See: Service and Repair/Plastic

Fuel Pressure Sensor (G247)

‹› Coat the sealing ball with oil

‹› 25 Nm

Intake manifold lower section
