Drive Plate with Roller Bearings

Remove the drive plate from the compressor shaft. Refer to => [ Drive Plate, from Compressor ].  See: Service and Repair/Drive Plate, From

Remove the circlip - A -.

-

Remove the drive plate - B -.

‹› Replace circlip - A -.

‹› Clean compressor flange before sliding on drive plate.

‹› When installing circlip - A -, note that it cannot be bent open more than is necessary for installation.

‹› Insert circlip - A - on proper side, the side with beveled insertion edge - C - faces away from compressor (install flat side facing compressor).
