Headlamp Igniter Module: Service and Repair

Headlamp Power Output Stage

CAUTION!
Danger to life due to high voltage.

‹› Always disconnect the battery wire strap before working on gas-discharge headlamp components marked with yellow high-voltage

symbols.

Removing

-

Remove headlamp housings, Refer to => [ Headlamp Housing ].  See: Headlamp/Service and Repair/Bi-Xenon HID Headlamps With Cornering
Light/Headlamp Housing 

-

Remove the bolts - arrows -.

-

Remove the retaining plate - 1 -.

-

Remove the headlamp power output module - 5 - from the headlamp housing.

-

Disconnect the connectors - 1, 2 and 4 -.

Installing
