Brake Light Switch: Service and Repair

Brake Light Switch

‹› The brake light switch can be reused after removal.

‹› The brake light switch programs itself. It is not necessary to calibrate it after installation.

Removing

-

Remove driver side storage compartment - 1 to 3 -. 

-

Remove footwell vent - A -.

-

Disconnect electrical connector to brake light switch.

The stop - 17 - on the brake pedal is an assembly aid during production and does not need to be installed again.
