Loosen the nuts - 1 - several turns.

-

Release the retaining spring - 3 - and open the cover - 2 - over the fuse panel A (SA) - arrow -.

Pull the fuse panel A (SA) out slightly. 

CAUTION!
Before handling pyrotechnic components (e.g. disconnecting the electrical connector), the person handling it must "discharge static
electricity ". This can be done by touching door striker, for example.

Disconnect the electrical connector - 1 - by releasing the locking mechanism - 5 - - arrow -.

-

Remove nuts - 2 - and - 3 -.

-

Remove the battery interrupt igniter - 4 -.
