Remove locking flange cover.

Repair damaged painted surfaces.

Apply corrosion protection if necessary => Corrosion Protection Measures.

Disconnect vent lines - 1, 2 and 3 - on locking flange by pressing release buttons.

CAUTION!
Danger due to escaping fuel.

‹› To prevent large quantities of fuel from leaking from the fuel level sensor when removing, the fuel tank may only be a maximum of 1/

4 full.

Use a union nut tool (T40068 A) to remove union nut - arrow -.
