Rear Subframe: Removal and Replacement

Subframe, Stabilizer Bar and Coupling Rod Assembly Overview

Bolt

‹› 70 Nm + an additional 180° turn

‹› Always replace after removal

‹› Must be tightened in curb weight position => [ Lifting to Curb Weight Position ] See: Service and Repair/Rear Suspension/Lifting to Curb

Left rear level control system sensor (G76)

‹› Complete with components

‹› Sensor lever must point toward outside

‹› Replace in vehicle => [ Level Control System Sensor ] See: Sensors and Switches - Suspension/Suspension Control Pressure

‹› After loosening, check basic setting of headlamp adjustment.

‹› If vehicle level sensor was removed and installed on a vehicle with electronic damper regulation or if the linkage was loosened, control
