Clutch Release Mechanism Assembly Overview

Ball studs

‹› 25 Nm

‹› Lubricate the clutch release mechanism bearing surface - arrow A - with lubricant (G 000 100).

Intermediate piece

‹› Replace if damaged

Retaining spring

Release bearing

‹› Do not wash, only wipe off

‹› Replace noisy bearings

‹› Allow retaining tabs of release bearing to engage in release lever 

‹› Different versions

Release Bearing through 02.08

‹› Inner diameter - arrow B -: 34 mm
